JADS Commwas formed in 2001 by a group of IT specialists from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand with a main objective of providing leading-edge IT solutions to the Thai market.
In Thailand, JADS Comm has more than 100 specialists holding doctoral, master’s and bachelor’s degrees in IT, engineering, business administration and marketing. Most of our staff has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry in Thailand.
Many team members were involved in designing and maintaining equipment and solutions that were, for example, Thailand’s first Contact center system, the highest traffic Contact center system, the most complicated Call Center network and country’s largest PBX installation, F5 Networks, IBM and Vasco data security pioneer installation base.
We also design and maintain large scale DC/DR and Airport management system solutions. With this much experience, JADS Comm is confident that our team has by far the greatest Call Center expertise in Thailand.
